Sunshine Casita

The Casita is a comfortable studio for one or two adults :-)
There is a minimum stay of 28 or 30 days.

We take sanitizing very seriously! No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. The Cozy Casita is newly remodeled and immaculately cleaned 24 hours or more before your visit. All linens, pillows and blankets are freshly washed, including extra clean sheets and towels ! All surfaces are sanitized :-)
We are perfectly located in Cathedral Canyon Cove which is in between Palm Springs on one side Palm Desert on the other and Rancho Mirage. We are central to all three of these cities.

The Sunshine Casita is a separate very private property! Your own entry, driveway, garden, patio and pool :)
The entry is a path from your private driveway to the Casita. There is a pool right out your front door :-) This is your private space...there are fences enclosing it. There is a lock code on the door.

Included are all of the utilities, weekly laundering of sheets and towels and cleaning.
Amenities that are included; Induction stovetop with all the pots, pans and utensils, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee carafe, tv for watching movies or podcasts, air conditioning, electric heat from the flaming logs in the fire stove, shampoos, lotion, hairdryer, toilet paper, makeup mirror and much more!
The couch drops back to a twin bed with a comfy mattress topper! Great if you’d like separate sleeping spaces or have a guest 😄 There is a pool right out your front door so we welcome swimmers only!
