Will stay again. The property reflects Palm Springs overall, with its chic 60s vibe and mountain views. Parking was easy, when we arrived after check-in time and our room was not ready, we were promptly upgraded to a suite (thanks Rolando!). Property is secluded in a quiet residential area.

Great staff! Stayed in one of the bungalows, which was super cute, clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed the restaurant and pool bar. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Palm Springs next year .

It was welcoming to pets. Only hard thing was the room faced the parking lot and when people drove in late at night, the headlights go right into the room and wake you up.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful this is your place! Lovely views of the mountains, staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The 1-bedrooms are like rental studios and the 2-bedrooms are like small apartments. Not like your average hotel room. Nice and spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Although, staff was very nice, the amenities aren’t great. We didn’t have towels at the pool most days because the washing machine broke. Room was never refreshed once. Ran out of toilet paper no extra in room. No soap in dispensers. What the heck are you paying the $40 per night resort fee for. That’s a money grab if I’ve ever seen on.

Staff was very good, no issues, enjoyable. Room was not quite up to the standard I experienced last year. Shower mildew at bottom of door, no coat hangers. The constant disco music from the pool area is not welcome - it seems to go on all day, even in the evening when no one is at the pool or bar. The bass notes travel all the way to the room.
