"Went for one night /stayed for two it was so nice. Very quiet beautiful hotel on side of mountain. Quiet, relaxing with wonderful small staff and very friendly owner who makes you feel welcome and will help and guide you with a smile (excellent English btw). Very nice upscale hotel. "Reservamos este hotel con anterioridad y se pagó por medio de una aplicación y al momento de ingresar nos dieron que no habían habitaciones que la aplicación no les había informado.
La señorita no nos solucionó y fue muy mala su atención, nos comunicamos con la aplicación y nos dieron que el hotel nos vendió las acotaciones.
No recomiendo este hotel que solo se preocupa por el interés económico y nopor el servicio al cliente."

"This was a good comfortable stay. The place was very clean, including the bedroom and bathroom. The only drawback, if I had known they didn’t have hot water to shower I would’ve stayed somewhere else. But it was in a good neighborhood and quiet at night. Overall good stay. "

"We arrived at 2am and the host still greeted us with a smile and got us checked in and to our room quickly. The property is on a quiet street but literally around the corner from the main square, shops and restaurants and is modern, well maintained and the cleanest we have had in Colombia.
