"The home was roomier than I anticipated. We had plenty of space. One could stay up without disturbing anyone who retired early. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Martha replied to texts promptly. She was very helpful when we had questions about the New Harbor area or about our stay. Martha gave us suggestions about places nearby to see that we would have missed on own own. We would stay again."

"You can’t beat an ocean view and every window in our room looked out onto the harbor. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The windows in the room were in need of maintenance and when the winds were 25 mph it led to chilly airflow. The bathroom shower has a half door design which we found allowed water to spray onto the floor. Overall you cannot beat the beauty of the location which was what we were looking for in an anniversary trip."
