"Small charming hotel. Adrian checked me in quickly. Very clean and very nice staff. Elevator was a nice addition and very efficient. I wish they had breakfast service. Front desk has limited evening hours. Their restaurant Marimba is lovely! A family team with young ladies guide your menu choices and the food was delicious. Lunch and dinner only, no breakfast. "Para lo caro que cuesta el alojamiento las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. En verano dentro de la burbuja te asas, y en epoca de lluvias se nota que ha entrado agua. Los suelos estan abombados y con manchas por el agua, las puertas de la birbuja no cierran ni bien, y el jacuzzi pierde agua. Breakfast was great and the young man that served us was fantastic and very engaging. He also helped us out by lending us his phone to call next accommodation as there was a problem. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. PS lovely little town with such a neat castle to wander around."

"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view. "
