I sent 2 additional texts with some specific information about when I had been absent from the room. No reply. I am filing a police...

"Great and friendly staff. Always on hand. The shower facilities need improvement and possibly directions on the taps as there are 4 but it was a good shower once I figured out how to do it. Sun lounging area was great and spacious too. Beds were comfortable."
