Au top sauf 1 point noir d’insonorisation

Au top Appartement très jolie, entretenu, bien aménagé, tout est pensé pour le confort, deco tres sympa, emplacement de parking, commerces au pied de L’appartement, comme les télécabines pas loin... 1 gros point noir en revanche L’insonorisation avec les voisins du dessus où on entend absolument tout ! Pas, alors avec des enfants qui courent je ne vous en parle pas, parler en bruit de fond, une chaise qui bouge, un tiroir de placard qui coulisse .. ce qui nous a gâché un peu notre séjour dommage.. ayant nous meme un enfant de 5ans qui essayait de dormir et déranger jusque 23h au moins pour dormir également quand les voisins ne respectent pas leur emplacement de parking pourtant idéalement prévu et garent leur camion devant notre entrée terrasse ! On a signalé mais aucun retour de la personne nous accueillant sur le sujet, en revanche sur le reste pas de soucis pour communiquer avec cette personne agréable Sinon le reste fut très bien, on reprendra certainement mais pas celui du bas !

Le coût de cette location n'est pas en adéquation avec les prestation. Les photos promettent du rêve. Pour autant : - Le soir de noël pas assez de coupes à champagne. La gestionnaire a eu la gentillesse de nous en ramener. Il semble nécessaire de faire un point sur la vaisselle (7 petites cuillères) une locations pour 8 je ne souhaite pas laver à la main les cuillères à chaque utilisation et ce n'est qu'un exemple ... - Le plus décevant est l'état des placards du coin cuisine (pleins de produits alimentaires entamés), l'état du four qui fumait tant quand on l'a mis en chauffe qu'il a déclenché le détecteur de fumée. - le tapis de la Salle de bains : sale. - les plaids sur le lit avec des taches douteuses ... Le pire reste les chambres borgnes. La seule chambre (sur 3) qui a une fenêtre ... Il faut déplacer le bureau matin et soir pour ouvrir les volets .... Aucun mode d'emploi pour les appareils. Sur le four les inscriptions sont effacées, complexe pour choisir un mode de cuisson. - Concernant les TV : impossible de suivre un film paisiblement lié à la mauvaise connexion .... - Isolation détestable : nous avons vécu aux rythmes des deux familles qui ont occupé l'étage. - bruit permanent des canalisations dans le séjour .... - Le ménage est à mon sens très sommaire, nous avons tiré un canapé pour récupérer un objet tombé derrière .... Nous y avons trouvé une mine d'objets (coussins, jeux, livres ...) et surtout une mine de moutons ... traces de doigts sur les surfaces verre (tv, fausse cheminée), hotte grasse et non nettoyée depuis des lustres à mon avis. Avant de louer nous avions eu le plaisir d'être informé qu'il y aurait un sapin : Dieu seul sait ou il était caché ! En bref : Je loue très régulièrement une semaine été, une semaine hiver pour réunir ma famille. Jamais l'accueil n'a été aussi glacial, idem au moment de partir..... Je ne reviendrai assurément pas.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement d’exception

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est très agréable, tout est prévu et a disposition pour toute la famille (jouets, lit parapluie, poussette, chaise haute, cuisine avec tout le matériel nécessaire, draps, serviettes...). La décoration est digne d’un vrai chalet de haut standing, appartement plein de charme et hyper cosy. Je recommande vivement cette location idéalement située en plein centre de Cauterets à proximité de tout et surtout des remontées à à peine 5min à pieds. N’hesitez pas!

Très belle location

Joli logement décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel idéalement situé à proximité des commerces et des télécabines. Il manque cependant de lumière naturelle dans certaines chambres. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Cauterets malgré un temps mitigé et des vents violents qui interdisaient l'accès aux pistes de ski certains jours.
