You’ve just arrived in Cauterets. Snow covers the rooftops, or perhaps the sun is making the summer foliage dance. You push open the door of a charming duplex, nestled in the heart of the mountains, and suddenly… everything slows down.

A gentle warmth envelops you. The children are already laughing, drawn to the enchanting decor: soft cushions, books to flip through, a teddy bear placed there as if to welcome them. On the wall, a mountain mural invites you to take a souvenir photo, and presto—you slip on the mask and bear paws for an unforgettable moment 📸

🛋️ The perfect retreat after an adventure

In the light-filled living room, everyone relaxes. Some settle into the plush sofa that will turn into a bed come evening, while others prepare hot chocolate or a hearty meal in the fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher… Everything you need is here, just like at home—but with the mountains as a bonus.

The large extendable table awaits your get-togethers, family board games, and plans for the next day. The weather is pleasant. It’s mild. You’re finally here, together.

Upstairs, everyone finds their own cosy retreat.
In the master bedroom, moonlight filters through the skylight: we drift off to sleep with a view of the mountain peaks.
In the kids’ room, it feels like a treehouse: three 90-cm beds, a bookshelf—a cosy little space all their own. The laughter dies down, and their eyes close. Tomorrow, more adventures await them…

👶 Everything for families, without the stress

Because travelling with a baby isn’t always easy, everything is ready here: a travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, and always that commitment to making your life easier.
Two bathrooms (one on each floor), a washer-dryer, and well-designed spaces: here, comfort is everywhere, without you even having to think about it.
You can also enjoy Netflix and Disney+ for cosy evenings on the couch.

🎿 A prime location, car-free

The next morning, no need to rush: the gondolas are just a stone’s throw away, as are the thermal baths, shops, and restaurants.
Whether you’ve come to ski, hike, relax, or just take a breather, everything is within walking distance.

And for that little touch of magic: direct lift access to the duplex’s upper level—it makes quite an impression when you arrive!

You’ll have access to the entire apartment, with complete independence and ease.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift) of a quiet residence in Cauterets.
Once you arrive, you can access both levels of the duplex via the interior staircase, or directly via the lift, which goes to the upper floor—a little feature that our guests really love 😉

📍 Everything is set up so you’ll feel right at home as soon as you arrive.

🌟 If you arrive during the day or early evening, I’d be delighted to welcome you in person.
For later arrivals, or if you prefer more flexibility, a secure key box is also available.

📍 Before your stay, you’ll receive a comprehensive welcome booklet, and I’m of course available if you need anything during your stay.
