About this property
Cozy seaside panoramic view facing the beach
Located on the sea promenade, the apartment is furnished and decorated to offer you a warm and friendly place where the Mediterranean is present in each room. The kitchen is fully fitted and new. The cozy living area has a modern flat screen and its 140x190 sofa bed folds out to accommodate 2 people on a quality bultex mattress. The living room has a large table for 4 people and an entrance closet. The 12m2 furnished terrace has a garden seating area as well as a dining table that seats 4 and 2 sun loungers. The bedroom is composed of a large built-in cupboard and a large 180x200 bed as well as air conditioning for cool nights. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a washing machine. The toilet is separate, managed by a professional concierge service.
