Seul bémols : les enfants sans surveillance bruyants à la piscine, le reste (emplacement, matériel, fonctionnalités etc) était parfait

Sale et non climatisé

Appartement bien placé et calme avec une literie propre MAIS non climatisé et sale : même les boutons on/off de l’halogene était gras; fer à repasser à 3 fiches donc impossible à utiliser; sol qui collait, calcaire dans la sdb. Et un micro ventilateur pour faire un peu d’air (bouche de ventilation d’environ 15 par 4 cm !!) Électroménager médiocre.La sdb a été refaite mais déjà joints. Le carrelage est fendu/cassé a plusieurs endroits. Et la piscine pas facile d’accès avec un sol vétuste.

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé.A quelques centaines de mètres des plages et du centre ville. Une très bonne surprise.
