No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices. Additional cleaning fees will be charged in the event of a violation.

Occupancy limits: Do not exceed the occupancy limit specified for the apartment. Exceeding this limit may result in the immediate termination of your stay.

Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the property. Unauthorised visitors are not permitted.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Illegal Activities Prohibited: Engaging in illegal activities in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any such behaviour will result in eviction and possible legal action.
