Tres belle maison et tres bel emplacement

Arrivée un peu compliquée en raison de travaux non signalés dans la maison juste a cote. Nous avons pu discuter avec les ouvriers. Avions espere un geste mais l'hotesse nous a tout de meme réclame les 60 euros pour les draps...pas cool ..

Wunderbare kleine Oase

Wir haben den Aufenthalt ein bisschen abseits vom Dorf sehr genossen. Es gibt sogar einen gratis Bus, so dass man das Nachtleben im Hafen von Cavalaire geniessen kann, ohne Angst zu haben ein Wildschwein auf dem Weg nach Hause zu überfahren.

Dans un cadre très agréable, nous avons passé des vacances superbes.Une maison charmante ,bien équipée. Le lieu est adapté aux familles.Éloigné des foules mais proche des plages et du centre-ville. Points forts une vue à couper le souffle et une très belle piscine . Des propriétaires bienveillants et une gérante charmante nous ont permis d’optimiser ce séjour grâce à leurs gentillesse Merci beaucoup

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf Cavalaire und das Meer, und ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Pool & Tennisplatz haben wir ebenfalls gerne genutzt. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und die freundliche Konversation sowohl mit Nouria, der Verwalterin, als auch mit Nicolas, dem Besitzer des Hauses. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Kann schnell richtig teuer werden

Die Unterkunft ist ok. Das Drumherum ist problematisch und teuer. Vor der Ankunft hat der Vermieter auf wiederholte Anfragen zur Übergabe des Schlüssels nicht reagiert. Die Verwalterin hat sich dann morgens gemeldet, kam aber zwei Stunden später als im Chat vereinbart zur Einweisung. Als sich dann am Morgen des zweiten Tags das Schloss der Verandatür nicht mehr öffnen ließ, war die Verwalterin stundenlang nicht erreichbar und auch der Vermieter nicht. Erst am Abend war ein Kontakt möglich. Am nächsten Nachmittag erschienen ohne Terminabstimmung in unserer Abwesenheit Handwerker, die sich gewaltsam Zugang durch die Verandatür verschafften. Der Vermieter behält jetzt ohne weitere Rücksprache die gesamten 500€ Kaution ein, nachdem wir gemeldet hatten, dass das Schloss seiner Terrassenschiebetür ohne Fehlbenutzung oder Gewalteinwirkung durch uns sondern wegen Verschleiß defekt war. Die Handwerker haben die Türe in unserer Abwesenheit aufgebrochen, wir haben für den Defekt bezahlt. FeWo hilft hier trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage und ausführlicher schriftlicher und telefonischer Beschwerde nicht weiter. Dieser Vermieter legt also ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken seine Instandhaltungskosten auf Zusatzgebühren um. Wir können die Unterkunft daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt…

Perfekte Lage zu den Stränden mit traumhaftem Mittelmeerblick, sehr schöne Anlage mit täglich gepflegtem, großem Poolbereich. Absolut ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Durch die Reihenendhauslage (versetzt gebaut) hat das Objekt mit der schön eingewachsenen Terrasse genug Privatsphäre. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Nouria und Nicolas

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sensationellem Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Cavalaire sehr genossen und uns hervorragend erholt. Der herrliche Ausblick vom Frühstücksbalkon oder der Terrasse ins Tal und auf das Meer war einzigartig. Jetzt im Oktober war die Ferienanlage trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen fast verwaist und wir hatten den sehr schönen und absolut sauberen Pool direkt oberhalb unseres Hauses immer für uns allein. Wir kommen gerne wieder Samuel und Christiane Schmidt

Dejlig feriebolig med en skøn udsigt

Dejligt og fredeligt lidt oppe fra byen (og larmen), men kun 5 minutter fra strande og byen. Dejligt stort fælles swimmingpool og en skøn udsigt fra balkon og terrasse. Kan varmt anbefales til familier.

"Merveilleuse maison, très agréable à vivre, décorée avec goût. La vie en famille et amis est facile, la salle à manger avec cuisine permet une grande convivialité. Nous sommes venus passer Noël, la maison est bien chauffée. L''environnement en hauteur est très agréable avec des levées du soleil à ne pas rater. A noter la grande gentillesse de la personne chargée de l''accueil et des propriétaires dans les contacts préalables. Très bien aussi pour des enfants en bas âge.

Vue magnifique sur la baie de Cavalaire, situation très calme, proximité de l’arrêt de bus très appréciable en saison. La villa est très bien équipée ( nous étions 8 personnes ), 3 chambres très bien décorées ainsi que l'ensemble de la villa (de façon contemporaine dans le style de la région). Contact téléphonique et sur place très sympathique.
