  • Semi-detached farmhouse in a small friendly residence with private parking and secure access, located 30 metres from the beach by direct access, 5 minutes walk from the shops and 15 minutes walk from the city centre.
    Mas not accessible to people with reduced mobility
    It offers you a living room opening onto a beautiful terrace with small garden and sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including a large master suite with shower, toilet and sea view terrace. A second shower room, with separate toilet serves the other 2 bedrooms.
    All the furniture is modern and functional, and the bedding is recent and of superior quality.
    The equipment includes Air conditioning and electric shutters in all rooms, electric blinds on terraces and small garden, 3xTV, internet access and Wifi, washing machine, etc..
    Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
    Bed linen and towels are optional - you can bring your own or ask us. (dry cleaning service rental)
