"Very kind staff but the place is sort of shabby, like it’s seen better days. No elevators to some of the floors and random half staircases so very inconvenient for the elderly, disabled, strollers and luggage. Breakfast was just ok, coffee nearly undrinkable. Poolside was nice. Overall ok for one night near the airport but would not recommend a longer stay. The beach club played music until 11pm which kept us all awake. Also my toddler woke up with almost 2 dozen mosquito bites the next morning! We only flew in and went straight to the room so it absolutely came from there. We killed 3 mosquitoes the next morning."

"Lovely clean hotel with great view over the bay. Infinity pool on the roof with nice sun lounge area although it can get very busy at times. There are multiple lifts to the floors so access is very good. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to Cavtat main harbour where all the ferry’s leave to the island tours and Dubrovnik. There are numerous restaurants and bars. All in all a lovely peaceful holiday spot."

"Perfect if you have an early flight from DBV, less than an 10 minute cab ride to the airport. The apartment has plenty of space. 2 full beds, spacious bathroom, small kitchenette and a washer. 3 min walk to a small convenience store. Check in details were easy to follow and I appreciated the photos with the instructions. If you have a car there is 1 small parking spot off the main road."

"Lot of positives: Outstanding location right across the road from the beach where you can rent lounge chairs with cushions, umbrellas, paddle boards and kayaks for a nominal fee! Two restaurants and a lounge bar bookend the beach! The hotel is also a 10-15 minute walk from Old Town Cavtat and on average 15 minutes away from the airport! The outdoor pool is big and the outdoor areas are well maintained. Guests can also enjoy a sauna room, steam room, and a salt room at no extra charge. The views from the pool, the beach, and rooms with water facing balconies are spectacular and the sunsets are amazing! The negatives: Rooms are very small and the family room would not comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There are very few outlets in the rooms and only one in the bathroom that is not able to accommodate any adapter making it difficult to get ready. NOTE: the outlets are recessed and circular. In order to use square adapters, an extender is needed. MOST NOTABLY: The food at the breakfast buffet is horrible. All foods are prepared ahead of the time and then placed in pans including eggs and pancakes. There is no table service for coffee or juice and the juice offered is a watered down fruit drink. While we didn't do the all inclusive, lunch and dinner options looked just as bad. The drinks at the bar however were great! ALSO NOTE: clean pool towels are only available one hour a day. Overall, the positives did outweigh the negatives and we enjoyed out stay!"

"Kristina and Dean were the perfect hosts, friendly, helpful and fun. Casteletto was comfy, clean and equipped with everything we needed, including stunning views and plenty of shaded areas for my English sun aversion! Cavtat is simply stunning and the people are delightful. I'd stay here again anytime. Thanks Kristina and Dean for a memorable holiday."

"Lovely Family Business, Very welcoming, Room was ready on time, family restaurant next door serving a great selection of home cooked meals in a friendly atmosphere.. Location is great but the walk up the Cavtat hills is not for the faint hearted on a hot day. Will definitely be back Thank You 👍❤️"

"The hotel was in a fabulous location! The room was clean, neat and modern. Air conditioning was wonderful. The included breakfast at Zino was tasty, quick and with friendly service. We enjoyed the central location and had some beautiful walks around the city center. Highly recommend for luxury, convenience and amenities!"
