"I think I was expecting it to be more like a hotel than a pub with rooms but thats exactly what is so maybe my bad for not reading fully. The room was decorated beautifully and was very clean. Grear matress and pillows and the toiletries were super cute. My breakfast was amazing!!! "

The staff are brilliant they can’t do enough for you a couple of hiccups were dealt with very quickly and professionally the breakfast’s were very good and Louise was great at looking after us. It’s my first visit and I’ve already booked to stay for each month for the rest of the year due to work. Large carpark, good WiFi, safe and welcoming. What more could you want. It’s a hidden treasure. "

"An absolutely idyllic location to stay, although we didn’t get try the full menu. We had the wood fired pizza which was delicious. We were also treated to a session with local musician that come together regularly to practice. Massively talented musicians. Was an absolute pleasure to have experienced this little slice of heaven on earth. "

"The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We arrived quite late, having walked all day, and the kitchen was closed but they had menus of the local take away in the pub and they ordered for us and laid out a table for us in the pub to eat. They also had an outdoor area where we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine the following morning."

"Fantastic friendly service. Big bedroom and bathroom, all very clean. The only slight criticisms would be that the curtains are white and very thin so the room was very light from 5:30am making it hard to sleep. There was also no mirror in the room however front desk staff quickly rectified this by allowing us to take the mirror hung in the corridor, I would recommend leaving that mirror in the room (Room 2). Overall an excellent two night stay."

"Lovely little room for an overnight stay, just a shame it's a tad noisy at night but calmed down after midnight. Food was brilliant at night, waiters could've been a little more professional. Breakfast was delicious in the morning. Overall a good stay and a brilliant bed too!"

"This is an amazing location, feel like your floating 50feet above the sea. Love Kingsands anyway and have for years. Only down side is no outside space at all to store paddle boards etc or dry stuff. But the village is tight for space everywhere."
