We loved the stay, the staff and the pool.
We also loved that the best swimming and restaurant/bar were a mere few steps away from our door!
We'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent staff and customer service really made a difference.
Perfect location stone throw away from the plit and sip & dip. Clean rooms, comfy beds, big bathroom and plenty closet space. Ed and Moses where very helpful and gracious best of all no smell from the seaweed property located at north end of island. I would 100% stay there again and look forward to coming back
Excellent location on Caye Caulker. Ed is very welcoming. Rooms are well equipped and mattress very comfortable. Small pool very clean. Very close to the split.
Love this property! Second time staying here (before and after the renovation). Wow, beautifully done. Still some more work to be done to complete but the construction was really no issue. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The new suites are amazing. Will definitely be back.
Asst.Manager, Ed. Very efficient and effective at his job. Humble spirit at its best. Young and wise demonstrate true commitment to his field of hospitality.
Property beautiful and clean, friendly house keeper, balcony spacious, well gated and lighting was also amazing.
Pool and lounge chairs well kept also clean. I’m just asking that the owner would provide laundry service at $10- $12 USD per load though. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.
Ocean review was decent although it was quite noisy during the day. Condos were under construction at the time but the customer service was phenomenal.
We had a wonderful stay here and they have one of the most incredible views from the balcony. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, and the accommodations were modern and beautiful. A special high five goes out to Moses! He was always around and there to help, he carried our bags to our room, he brought us more water when we needed it. The most impressive thing about this young man was the respect that he showed us, not only because we were guests, but because he really cared that our time in Belize was special.
If you want the best spot on Caye Caulker, look no further!
Property and room were very clean and well maintained. Pool area was well kept and spotless, comfy seating to relax, sunscreen and after sun products were on site. Staff was top notch. Ed, Leah and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location, near the split and steps from the ocean.
Everything was great. But I would recommend black out curtains. The rooms with the sea view did not have adequate shades, which made sleeping past sunrise very difficult.
