Velento Rentals Management Presents:

This Velento Ocean Front Penthouse has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on two floors with a stunning ocean view, the upstairs has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with either King beds or 2 twins beds in each room upon advanced request. The main bedroom is on the main level with a bathroom that can either be en suite or accessed by additional guests using the 2 futons in the living room without disturbing the occupants of the bedroom.

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. Your million dollar views are included in the nightly rental rate!!!!

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have a washer/dryer in the unit. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!

For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach like frontage from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We have a an onsite husband and wife management team. We rent island bikes.
The paddle boards are free!
We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.

The property was spotless and in perfect condition. The location was great for us and we walked everywhere except to and from the ferry with bags. Debbie arranged golf cart taxis for us for ferry trips. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms is a must for us and the laundry equipment was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay at Velento Rentals. The unit and the grounds are meticulously kept. We stayed in an ocean view unit and the views from our balcony were stunning. There was always a refreshing breeze while we relaxed and enjoyed the views. The pool was perfect to cool off in the hot afternoons and the private beach and dock offered different areas to relax. The games on the beach were a highlight as well. The staff were all very friendly and professional and always available when we needed anything. The unit itself was ideal for our group of 8. All just a short walk to all the restaurants, the ferry, and the Split. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at Velento!

Valento was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Gorgeous rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff. Property grounds are very clean and attractive. Beach area I nice butt no water access from the sand. Long well kept pier with lounge chairs is nice! Walk to food/town center is like 15-20 minutes

The Velento property stay was perfect for our family needs (4 adults, two young teens). It was close enough to walk to restaurants but far enough away from any substantial noise. The pool was a refreshing option midday and the pier great for easy snorkeling, paddleboarding, or just lounging in the sun or shade with book. Air conditioning was a must in the hot August weather (all worked properly). Velento staff were friendly and helpful. A nice surprise was the unit offered large bottled jugs of water, so just carry a re-usable water bottle and no need to purchase/throw away bottles of water elsewhere. If visiting Caye Caulker again, we would definitely come back to Velento properties : )

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here w friends and family for 5 nights, celebrating my 40th Bday. We were in Unit 3 and it was exactly what we needed. Unit was spacious, clean, and had great views and access to the water. It was walking distance to everything the island has to offer. And you can easily rent bikes from the onsite caretaker, Don and his wife Nezle, who were very nice and helpful providing any info or assistance we needed. Having the private dock access was great, it allowed our snorkel tours and private water taxi to pick us up and drop us off right at the house. Only negative points were the construction happening next door to the property, which was loud between 8 and 5. Hopefully that will be resolved soon. Also, there was no longer a washer/dryer unit, but Don offered a laundry service if we needed it.

The property was clean and had all the comforts of home that we needed after a week of traveling through the country. There was clean drinking water in the unit and ice!! Relaxing and swimming off the dock/pier was perfect.

Plenty of space for 2 families with young children. View was beautiful and deck spacious. Managers were prompt with any help needed. Pool was clean and large. Our primary activities were in the water and we loved the healthy coral, colorful fish, manatees, rays, nurse sharks and sea horses. Several members enjoyed fishing and we all enjoyed eating the fresh catch. The location wa quit, away from downtown but we were able to walked to nearby restaurants , grocery stores and shops. All tour guides were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Valento for a pleasant stay in Caye Caulker.

The Oceanfront Penthouse was everything we were hoping for and more, spacious, spotless, comfy, perfectly located and views to die for! The pool and pier were also spectacular and were the ideal gathering spots for our family to enjoy more time together outdoors! The pier made our boating activities effortless as pick-up and drop-off were a cinch! It was my second stay at this property and just like the first it did not disappoint! I had multiple family members visiting because of the wedding and they were just in awe of how amazing the property was. My family and I loved the staff and how friendly and courteous they were to everyone. Even the little issues we had with the AC unit was communicated and taken care of with no issue what's so ever. I cannot recommend this place and property enough. It'll certainly be at the top of my list when visiting home again. Cannot wait to come back and visit.

They were still doing construction on the back buildings but we never were @ the pool during the day when they were working. We mostly hung out on the dock fishing or on the ocean front balcony if we were there. It was only a few blocks away from the Main Street where the restaurants were so it was a great location. The rental was beautiful & really nice. A/C worked great & is a necessity for me to sleep well. Don the on-site manager offered to make us dinner for our last night for an extra fee. We had caught fish the day before & he cooked it for us. It was so good & cooked perfectly! They are a wonderful couple & host. Property was super safe w/an onsite guard @ night. He would always greet us when we were in & out & was really nice. We would totally stay again & truly had a great experience!

Wonderful views from the upper deck, and lots of comfortable seating for guests to enjoy the breeze and view. The dock and palapa were used frequently by us, and our group watched the sunrise while doing yoga there. Restaurants and shopping are an easy walk. The pool is a welcome addition. Don is an amazing property manager, and will do anything in his power to ensure guests have the best experience possible. We will definitely be back in 2020!

Three bedroom and quiet. With the 12inch concrete floors you cannot hear anyone else. Reommend u bring a yeti cup or buy from front desk, ice melts fast in Caye Caulker. The unit was immaculately clean and very well appointed. We didn't cook much because the restaurants are so good, but one would have all they need, and more, to prepare meals. We had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable with the ability to have A/C so we could sleep soundly. Don and Nagle, the property managers, were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had or help we needed. This is our second time to Caye Caulker, and I think we found the nicest property on the island this time.
