"Our Villa was so beautiful and while the property has some areas under construction it was very well organized and clean. My favorite part of our stay was our concierge Terri! She made sure we had a lovely stay and kept us informed and safe. She facilitated our transportation from the airport, to the ferry and to the villa. She also helped me book a chef to come cook for us in the villa. Without her the trip would have been good but she made it great!"

"We absolutely loved our week at Serendipity Reef. 10/10 for sure would highly recommend! Gracelyn was extremely helpful, kind & so gracious. "My family and I enjoyed our stay…conveniently situated just a 10-minute drive south of town. The community offered the poolside dining options and a lovely coffee shop nearby, adding to the convenience of the location. "Casa Playa de Denver Pool Club at Mahogany Bay was a great vacation spot for me and my family! The WOW factor it had when we walked through the door to the private pool out back! There was plenty of space for everyone to move around and not feel crowded. I would definitely be booking here again for my next trip to San Pedro!"

"What a great trip and a great house. Everything was easy and perfect. Coral Reef did not disappoint in any way. The detached casita was just what our 18 year old son needed. The pool, hot tub, and roof top bar made for the perfect end to a day at the beach. Only minor drawback was the construction on both sides, but not something that can be controlled. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Had 4 couples, each couple basically had their own apartment at this location. The master suite could have held at least one more couple and no one would have felt crowded. Walking distance to a couple bars and places to eat. 1 mile North of San Pedro, so recommend having a golf cart. "

"We got a cheaper room, and it was still very clean! Took me a couple days to get used to the hard mattress...lol. Staff was absolutely amazing! They were all very kind and very accommodating to us! Henry, the guy on the beach side that plans excursions for tourists is amazing! He works very hard to make sure each excursion is your best experience! We did an all day snorkel excursion that was so awesome! Oliver was our snorkeling guide and he did an amazing job at making sure we saw everything! He is so informative! We will most definitely stay again and have Henry book all of our excursions! We love Belize! And Caye Caulker is our favorite place! "
