Cozy 2-bedroom/2-bath house located just outside Roy Lake State Park.

"We have rented quite a few VRBO houses and we all agree that this house was the best by far.The house was very clean - both upstairs and downstairs. It felt like home.The house is very sound proof. Downstairs could not hear upstairs and vice versa. Works good for people who wake later than others. There is a blacktop top road nearby and we did not hear the traffic at all. Very solid house. The house had all the amenities we needed -again felt just like home. Plenty of room in the house - very open. We did not feel short of space at all. Loved the shelves in the washroom just off the dining room -excellent place to store the items we brought so the countertops were not cluttered. The check in was very easy and the owners were very easy to reach and responsive to any questions. We will definitely be renting this house again."

"Carly is a fantastic host. Great communication from the minute I booked my stay. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with everything we needed. Everything was just as described in the listing. The swimming area is perfect for all ages. There is a nice sand area to play and the lake has a very gradual slope for even the youngest swimmers. The kids played with the sand toys and the lilypad provided and also did some fishing off the dock. We used the fire pit and played bean bags on the beautiful lawn. The patio are is very spacious and plenty of lawn chairs were available in addition to a picnic table.We will defininitely book the place again!"
