"We were met by the owner as we entered the area. The house was charming, exceptionally clean, and provided everything we would need for a comfortable visit. Very cozy!"

"The house is nice. The problem is the “65 steps” refers to how many stairs you need to climb down to get to the house (which is at the bottom of a cliff). Some of the stairs are a little crooked and don’t seem 100%. It was very difficult for my elderly in-laws to manage. We would not have rented here had I known this. I did send the owner some questions when we first got there but got no response. Other than that, the house was good. It would be beautiful during the summer. "

"Hi! Had a pretty good time at this location. Had everything we were looking for to make out time in the ithaca area pleasant. 2 small issues though. 1. The 'guest parking' accesses the property via a short but narrow flight of stone stairs which for an older person or someone with unsteady balance may be precarious.2. The owner who lives upstairs has at-least 1 cat and the rental space had a feline scent to it. As someone who is allergic to cats, that was an issue. I would recommend the owner disclose the presence of pete imat the property on the listing "
