- A private two-acre family retreat that has been passed down to the next generation. The property is nestled among the stunning California Redwoods in historic Cazadero. It is the perfect setting for a memorable vacation with family and friends or a romantic couple's getaway. Plus, it’s the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and balance yourself with nature.
The grounds offer a large grassy area for outdoor games such as volleyball and badminton and a campfire ring in back for a relaxing evening by a warm fire.
The newly remodeled contemporary style accommodation showcases simplicity, style, and comfort. The main room with it vaulted wood beam ceilings features a large living room area, an open gourmet kitchen, and a spacious dining area that seats up to ten guests.
The living room area with its stone fireplace includes a comfortable and spacious leather sofa.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes professional cookware, 2 sinks, double ovens, ample prep areas, gas cook top, wine refrigerator, and quartz stone counter tops.
The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The master bath showcases a large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The two guest bedrooms are spacious with queen size beds and large closets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Renter is responsible for putting away clean & dry kitchen & dinnerware items that have been used during their stay. It is acceptable to load the dishwasher and run it upon departure.
Leave bedding and sheets as is in the bedrooms. Place all soiled towels in the laundry room basket. place all household trash, recyclables, and food waste in the proper receptacle bins outside.
Food and beverages brought by the renter must not be left behind. The renter is required to leave the house and property in the same general condition that it was received.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
