"Great room! Terrible customer service. No one in the lobby. Lobby was closed my entire trip. It seems like they might use a call center but no one at site. Only the cleaning/maintance staff. They were an hour late checking me in and no one notified me. I had to call the hotel to get help and still no one came, just a text. It was weird and I wish they had a human at the desk."
