"Wonderful stay in beautiful property with extensive grounds. All rooms are authentically decorated and impeccably maintained. The free cycles are a great addition making it easy to explore the local countryside, villages and vineyards (wine tasting). The large games room provided hours of entertainment and the lounge/dining room with log burner, a comfortable retreat for cosy autumn evenings. Gill & Mark are amazing welcoming hosts."

"We had a lovely stay with family. there were six of us staying and the property was spacious. The three main bedrooms had ceiling fans which helped on hot nights. The children enjoyed the pool, however the pool was deep for them and we had to purchase some inflatables for them to get the most out of swimming as they were unable to touch the bottom. The area surrounding the cottage was very peaceful but within walking distance was the castle, restaurants and the medieval siege. The main town of Condom was about a 10 min drive away."

"We enjoyed our one-night stay here, as we were in transit across France. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with my feeble attempts to speak French! The room was adequate, fairly spacious with good storage for luggage. The bathroom was dated but clean. Towels were fluffy and smelled good 👍 The bed was kind of firm but still comfortable. Just 1 pillow per person but comfortable. TV and internet worked fine. Breakfast was good, lovely croissants. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Pasta bolognese was delicious. The fish fillet was also very good, the only problem was it was listed on the menu as being served with haricots vert but it was not. The chocolate eclair was delicious! Overall a good stay and would recommend it. There are no tourist attractions within walking distance, so you need a car to do any exploring. "
