Cleanliness and very good place to stay.only the time schedule about our check in had a little time delay.but we are happy to stay the staff in the lobby is very approachable.and helping us about our booking.we still booked this place if we go back to cebu.

Very comfortable and clean. We saw a couple young roaches, but it was not the amount we have experienced in some other places.

It has a grocery and other places in same building makes it nice for longer stays. The photos are a bit outdated and the city has taken the toll on the building. It is an air b and b not hotel style. So depending on owner depends on what you get. Overall seems to be slightly above average especially for price. Fairly well located and has private parking garage.

The unit had a lot of plumbing issues.

The room was as described but the sink did not drain in the bathroom, the kitchen sink had a very bad smell, and the toilet did not flush. Check in process was weird, overall it was just ok.

Too many cockroaches. Killed at least 6 within 30 minutes upon entering. Nice apartment, but please you must get a professional pest control group to erradicate the cockroaches.

The property look nice from outside but the rooms are not maintained. No working hot water, it had the most uncomfortable bed, problem flushing toilet, shower is too messy making whole bathroom floor soaking wet and slippery. I brought it up at front desk but nothing was done to fix it. It does have a nice view but I'd rather have my comfort and clean space..

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!! The beds had bed bugs that had also transferred into my suitcase. Quite a horrifying experience. They did not give any sort of compensation for it and did not answer me after I had notified them of this situation. The kitchen has a bunch of ants as well.
