This hotel is full of immigrants, NO HOT WATER FOR 3 YEARS UNTIL NOW. AND THE FRONT DESK TJEY WONT TELL YOU THAT THERE IS HOT WATER. THEY JIST KEEP SAYING THAT IT WILL BE FIX IN TWO HOURS BIT ITS BEEN YEARSSSSSS THAT HAVENT FIX

Staff was very friendly and attended to all needs quickly and courteously! The room looked fairly new and was spacious and very clean! The wife and I had a great time and enjoyed our stay! We definitely recommend staying at SureStay Plus and will return again in the future! One problem we did have was that we could not figure out how to use the cable on the tv. We probably could have asked the front desk but we never got around to it. Other than that it was awesome!

After check-out, our maintenance team immediately checked the heater and it's working well and the water is quite hot. However, we understand the importance of ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay for our guests, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this regard.Regarding the drinking water, we typically provide two bottles of potable water (500ml) in each room, replenished daily. Sauberes Hotel mit kleinen Macken
Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu aber bei uns im Zimmer gab es nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Wir mussten spät abends noch das Zimmer wechseln um eine warme Dusche zu genießen. Das angebliche Continental Breakfast ist nicht als solches zu betrachten und mit 500 PHP viel zu überteuert. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

위치가 아얄라몰에서 택시로 6분쯤, sm시사이드에서 11분쯤으로 약간 애매합니다. 호텔의 청결상태는 아주 훌륭했어요. 매트리스나 침구도 마음에 들었고, 와이파이 잘 되고 넷플릭스 있어서 비는 시간에 이두나 봤네요ㅎ 조식은 쏘쏘~ 직원들 친절하시고 하룻밤 깨끗한 가성비 호텔에서 아주 잘 보냈어요^^ 사진에 없지만 화장실 문이 좀 불편했네요.
