The rooms are basic. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows.older type AC units a bit noisy Ok for the price. Lots of roosters right outside the hotel . All day long they don't stop. Ask for upper level on right side of hotel. Recommend earplugs otherwise

Good accommodation

Good location, away from noisy streets. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Super helpful staff (Therese in particular) On the downside, vents and AC are noisy, room could be better equipped (no fridge, no coffee/tea)

Staff was good, wifi was horrible and they wouldnt allow guests to connect to the other networks.the wifinrange wouldnt reach outside to the seating. The room was extremely tiny and the bed slid around on the floor when i tried to lean against the wall The door stuck and overall for what i paid there are just much better rooms avaiable in the area.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My stay at this hotel has been nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived on April 10, 2024, I have been met with warmth and kindness from every member of the staff. The management and all employees go above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. Their efficiency and attentiveness are truly commendable. I'm thoroughly enjoying my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so wonderful!

Probably Better Options

The rooms are very small. They need new towels and sheets. They looked old and used for an extended period of time. My biggest issue was the air conditioner timing out every hour despite putting a timer on the unit. Basically woke up every hour to restart it since it was super hot in the room. The location was decent and the staff was friendly.

Not exactly as advertised

First the airport shuttle is a pay service. Once i found that out i just took a cab. I had over 24 hours travel. I need to rest and recooperate before the next leg of my trip. The hotel was a perfect to shower, sleep, and move on. The staff was very friendly and helpful with planning the next stage of my trip. Other than the misleading car service amenity my only other complaint was the toilet was so close to the shower wall i had to sit at an angle. The neighborhood is under construction everywhere so it looks rough but i went for a walk to the 7-11 at 4am and was perfectly safe.

Nice staff and clean rooms = great value. Krispy King Chicken for reasonable, fresh fried chicken and Don Machiattos for a inexpensive coffee just a right turn, two blocks and right turn toward hospital area. Also great Ramen and Unity Coffee for aircon and cool vibes. Google it. Short "Grab" or taxi (metered) rides to SM Cebu Mall, Ayala Mall, etc. Walkable to Mango Square.
