Fort San Pedro is considered to be the oldest fort in the Philippines. This served as a stronghold for Filipino revolutionaries near the end of the 19th century. It was a military defence structure built by the Spaniards and indigenous Cebuano laborers under the command of Miguel Lopez de Legazpi. They served me a cold hamburger that was raw in the middle. I asked for medium well done. That means warm center. This burger was stone cold, the beef fat had almost re-solidified and the center was RAW and cold. They charged me nearly $20 USD for that disaster burger.
