Wonderful home base for Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks!!

Perfect place to recharge our family of five - my boys loved the basketball court across the street and we all slept so comfortably each night! Michelle is super responsive and friendly. We would most definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home

Great family stay!

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Very nice aesthetic. Close to parks and great restaraunts! Our favorite Cedar City spots are Bristlecone, Park Place Eatery, and El Centro Pizza. Would definitely book this house again for our next trip!

Fully renovated older home with charm!

The property has everything you need. It has a small neighborhood feel with modern amenities. Everything was very neat and tidy. Convenience to interstate made travel to the national parks easy. Beds were comfy and linens were soft.

Stay here!! You will glad you did !! Fantastic, awesome experience here! House was perfect for our family of 5 ( 2 parents & 3 adult children). It was perfect sized, neat as a pin comfortable, and adorable!! Perfect location for our National Parks vacation, about an hour to both Zion & Bryce, close to the freeway and near to downtown. Great communication with the owner, no problems whatsoever! If we are back in Utah, we will definitely look into staying here again. Trust me, you WANT to stay here!

Great House

We loved this house and Michelle was ultra responsible when we had questions. The home is very "cute" and was perfect for my wife and daughter. The kitchen was well equipped and the TV had access to numerous streaming services. We used this as a home base for our visit to Zion and Bryce National parks. I would highly recommend this home.

Shakespeare Festival stay

We stayed here last weekend when we were here for the Shakespeare Festival. It was a great location for us. The home is very close to the theaters as well as the best restaurants in town. The home was comfortable and well equipped. It’s also in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Michelle - the host was very attentive and responsive. She even offered an early check in for the morning if we wanted at no additional charge - which was very gracious. Next time we’re in town for a stay we will be staying here :)

My son is in grad school at SUU and decided to be in a community theater show so we went to see him in the show. I have stayed at several different VRBO's on all my visits and this home is definitely a favorite. Great for 3 or more guests, we had 3 but we all like to have our own rooms.

Amazing Stay!!

I can't say enough about this property. This remodeled, updated home sits on a gorgeous yard with a big garden behind the backyard. The inside of the house is so perfectly decorated. There are many fine touches to the inside that bring so much character to the house such as the beautiful wood floors. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The beds are comfortable and the towels and linens are fresh and clean. Best of all this house is SPOTLESS! I can't emphasize enough how clean and fresh this house is. We will definitely rent this property again! One of the best we have rented!

Nice , however……

This is a very nice home- very clean, nicely furnished, convenient. BUT the use of several types of HEAVILY SCENTED detergents, air fresheners, and other cleaning products makes it impossible for us to stay there again. My husband has many allergies including chemically scented products. We even brought our own bedding. But this time, it was so bad, we had to leave a day early.
