"The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night of your preference. Other than that the hotel was clean and tidy and the breakfast was warm and fresh. So a mainly positive, if not excellent experience. "

"We checked in a little bit after 4PM and got our room keys. No elevator and we were on the second floor. So we got our luggage up the stairs and I opened the door. No bed made, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Down the front desk and they send up house keeping and the room was cleaned. Later on we tried to warn up some water in the microwave and it set itself almost on fire. The desk chair lost a wheel. And then I discovered that the smoke detector was missing. Next morning the chair and the microwave were replaced. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"none of the pictures on this site is real or accurate. they are air brush or straight up a different hotel! room was dirty, hair in the fridge, sheets dirty, the bathroom had goo coming out the walls, ripped carpet and the windows would not lock, not safe at all. we cancelled our and left! "

"Gorgeous, immaculately clean lake house with tons of space to relax. Lots of bedrooms-perfect for a ladies weekend away. This place is comfortable and nicely decorated. Right on the lake - will be beautiful when the lake is filled after construction is complete. Lots of extras-entertainment in garage, bikes, stocked kitchen with everything you could possible need plus staples, drinks, and an amazing coffee bar. Plush towels in all bathrooms too! Hosts were quick to respond to questions ahead of our stay and incredibly fast when we had a significant issue (out of our and their control) with the property. Would definitely stay here again, despite things that went wrong, the hosts made all the difference in making it an amazing weekend! "

"Our bathroom wasn’t clean. Used cotton swabs behind the trash can. Hair all over the tub. Pool under construction. Counter lady was nice and helpful when I told her my issues. She said the manager would give me additional points on my account however I have not seen any."
