Family Time!
This house was perfect for two families who live out of state to come together and stay! Had two living rooms - upstairs and downstairs, so adults could be in one room and the kids downstairs. Plenty of beds, pillows, and blankets. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body soap. Great communication with the manager when needed, will stay again, highly recommend!

Great Stay
Host very good at responding to questions. Good location, grocery store about a mile away, quiet block. We only had 4 people in the house could have held more comfortably. If we are in the area will will want to stay there. Thank you Mark for a great stay.

Perfect for our family weekend
Great, clean accommodations! In town for the weekend to watch a baseball tournament and it was the perfect home for our family to meet, gather and spend time together. Plenty of space with two living areas and good size dining area. Kitchen well stocked. Nice carport off back with patio and tables. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again!

Nothing fancy but everything you need!
Clean, comfy and wonderful neighborhood! The Rockwell house has lots of room and the beds are comfortable. Everything you could need is provided - dishes, pans, paper towels, napkins, dishwasher detergent, even salt and pepper and a few other pantry supplies. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, TP. One thing I loved is that it backs up to a small park so plenty of space to play and take a nice morning walk. All of this at a very reasonable price!!

House was great!!! Mark and staff were wonderful!! We were informed of the smoke smell and offered another house. The one bedroom had slight smoke smell Friday evening, but livable. Saturday evening when we returned we could smell smoke, opened house and aired it out, it cleared up. Ladies think smoke smell is in the carpet and such. Overall we really liked the house.

Perfect family get-away

Plenty of room, great location
Plenty of bedrooms for all. We had seven adults for a wedding event. Only two bathrooms, a thirds would have been nice. It worked out ok for us. Kitchen needs updating. We had trouble with the disposer. All in all the home worked for our needs for the weekend. A quiet, nice neighborhood on the NE side of Cedar rapids.

Comfortable home
We enjoyed our stay! It was great to have a livingroom area on both floors. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had enough space to spread out. Mark was very quick to respond to my questions at booking, and he remained in touch. We hope to be back sometime soon!

Spacious and Convenient
Kind and accommodating host! This home is spacious and was very convenient for us visiting our family. There was a problem with the kitchen plumbing when we first arrived, but Mark addressed the issue immediately and came over to the house to supervise the plumbers fixing the problem, and he even made sure they had cleaned up after the repair. There was a snowstorm while we were there, and the driveway and sidewalks were cleared right away. Communication was great with Mark! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Mark! :)

Plenty of Room
There are three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. There are two bedrooms and a 3/4 bath downstairs. There is a living room with TV on both levels. Plenty of bedding and towels were provided. The kitchen is fully functional, but not large. Many things are provided, but if you're planning to make something very complicated, you might want to bring some of your own kitchenware. There's a little bit of yard to let your four-legged friend roam. It's very close to 380, gas, and fast food. Sit down restaurants are not far away.

Great weekend with family
This house was perfect for us! Everything we needed was there, everyone said their beds were comfortable, and we never ran out of hot water! The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. We were in town for a family wedding and had no problems navigating easily to other houses and the wedding venue.

Great Stay for Professional Group
We had a four-person coaching team in town for a rugby camp. It was a great location for commute to the city with easy-access to grocery stores, Walmart, & Starbucks (last one was most important). It was a great space for collaboration and evening meetings. Everyone had comfortable rooms.

Nice place. Good neighborhood.
Mark was very responsive in his communication. His property was a larger family style home located in a great spot (easy access to downtown, parks near by, but have to drive). We were traveling with a 11 month old, so when we first arrived the house was missing a few basic amenities, but we talked to Mark and he found everything we asked for. Since I visit CR often, I will definitely stay at Marks property again.

This place was much larger than what we needed. Easily sleeps 7 people and we had 4. The owner is quick to respond to any needs. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of leftover items we were able to use (dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap, etc). Loved the additional downstairs living area with TV. Lots of stations and entertainments options (much more than we have at home). Quiet neighborhood. It is across the street from a high shool but it is July and there was no school activity. Would stay again if in the area. Not fancy, but not run down. It really fit the bill and we were comfortable.

The beds are all comfortable, the communication with the property manager is very good, the house is clean and nice. Parking is a big issue if you have more than two cars, but the manager makes sure to communicate that. Our only complaint is that there was only one dish towel, and no kitchen washcloths at all. The dishwasher didn't work, which was just unlucky, repairmen were sent very quickly but it required a replacement of the dishwasher, which couldn't be done during our short stay. We understood that. But as a result, the lack of dishcloths made washing the dishes by hand or even wiping down the counters and table problematic. Otherwise, everything was good. Plenty of towels and washcloths for showers, plenty of hangers, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, the right kinds of pots and pans, plenty of coffee cups. It is a pleasant home and we were happy with the rental.

A Great Home Away From Home . . .
This was my first experience with a "home rental". I was amazed with the property. It had a welcoming feeling and a wonderful atmosphere. It was just like being at home. The rental had everything my own home had. Everything from an entertainment center to all of the needs of a kitchen. I would definitely rent again for this renter. My family and I had a great time, and would love to visit again. Thanks for an exciting and comfortable experience!!!

Great location!
Very nice house. Great location with parks and noelridge aquatic center very close by for kids. Mark was great. When we arrived at the house there was a slow drain in the shower but Mark had already called a plumber who arrived shortly after we did ( we may have shown up for check in a little early). I would certainly recommend this property.
