Very convenient for shows at the Englert. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Parking ramp kitty corner to hotel. We slept too late for breakfast, and did not do the happy hour, but they looked good.

Such a nice stay!

The hotel is convenient to parking, clean, modern, and spacious. The employees were all very nice and helpful. The made to order eggs at breakfast were a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean contemporary design. Rooms well equipped and the outdoor terrace was a peaceful place to relax. Complimentary breakfast was substantial and the service was friendly. Great location, close to Iowa’s campus for our tour there.
