"It was clean and cozy. Only issue was the people upstairs started getting very active around 11pm until 2:30am each night. We were there for 3 nights and the heavy walking and noise took place during those hours each night. "

"The apartment is in a nice suburb of Pickering. The open concept flat was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen which served us well. Although in the basement, it was still very bright and felt roomy. The bed is section of with curtains which gave it a very comfortable feel, and a bit of privacy to anyone in there which was nice. Everything was very clean and confortable. The location worked well for us who were busy in the Scarborough area, but we also mad it into the city downtown without any issue. We loved it, and would stay again."

"Everything was nice. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very accommodating. Always assuring you are okay. A text away if you need anything. The basement is very warm... Good if you are the always cold type of person. Bad if you are the overheating type(there is a fan in the front closet). The bed is quite firm but does the job.Overall a beautiful place to stay in. Very well decorated. Definitely would stay again. "

"Extremely disappointed. Stayed here back in January and had a great experience. However, this time when I arrived around 10:30pm the door was locked. Knocked but no answer. Messaged but no answer. Phoned several times but no answer. I knew they had children so was reluctant to ring the doorbell to the main house but finally did, twice. No answer. Ended up having to find a hotel room kind of nearby. The next morning the host apologized and mentioned something about calendars not syncing. He refunded about half of what the hotel room cost me. When I messaged twice asking to cover the full amount of the hotel (that I never should have had to find) I was ignored."
