"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pillow was very stiff. Basic amenities available…kettle, coffee, tea, hairdryer. Front desk was efficient. Breakfast was decent…scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, cheese, coffee, tea. Very nice breakfast room. Bus stop nearby to get you to Venice."

"Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue. "Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it.
