"The hotel room was amazing. While the hotel is in the process of remodel it’s still a large room with closet, dresser and room for hanging. Overall very impressed and will be back with the family to enjoy the water park and palomino island "

"The first room we got in the floor & walls were wet. The room was hot. The host moved us to the next room which was great! The water occasionally was hot due to everyone sharing so it was either like warm or cold most of the time. The sheets did not smell great or clean but with no hesitation we received new ones but they did not smell the best either. Overall the just had good communication but some things could have been better. "

"Everything including chair availability at both both pools was fantastic. We went president’s day week d and it Did not feel crowded, although it was full. I would Like to see a little more variation between the menu in the main restaurant and pool cafe - although I doninderstand Why there Is a lot Of Overlap"
