Room phones didn't get fixed after having reminded front desk twice, had to get down to lobby multiple times unnecessarily. Please do not use laundry service, it overly priced and its very poorly designed to understand the format ,which would never be explained when picking up laundry

Employees were very polite and everything was great except that the gym was very dusty and the restroom by the gym did not had hand soap ,in five days was never refilled. But if you’re not a gym person you’re going to love it .

El personal fue amable y buen servicio al cliente, las instalaciones del hotel lucen viejas y sin mantenimiento, el mobiliario aunque limpio es viejo y con superficies manchadas, el servicio de desayuno bufete es muy raquítico y con muy pocas opciones, en mi opinión es un hotel de 3 a 4 estrellas

Todo excelente sólo dos comentarios: 1. El estacionamiento está un poco estrecho lo que hace difícil de maniobrar para estacionarse. 2. Le falta iluminación a la habitación (al menos en la que me asignaron) y si abres un poco la cortina, se calienta muchísimo en un momento. Fuera de esos detalles, todo maravilloso 🙏
