"We loved the suites, they were very clean and spacious. I originally had a two queen room, it was minimalist to the extreme,I did not care for it so I upgraded. "

"My main complaint about this hotel was that I stayed there for 8 nights and for 5 nights my room was not equipped with a smoke detector/fire alarm. Sunday night the detector started beeping at 1:30 in the morning. I called the desk who said that they would have a maintenance person come to replace the batteries. I had to call again at 2am. They said that they were still looking for someone. Finally at 2:30am someone showed up and removed the entire detector stating that they would replace it later that day. They did not. Tuesday I notified the office that it was still not replaced. They put in a new ticket to have it replaced. Maintenance came and said they would try to have it fixed by the time we left. I called on Thursday and spoke with Luis. He said that he would contact maintenance and didn’t understand why it wasn’t replaced. Never heard back, no visit from anyone. Safety was not a priority for them. Hotel has transportation to Universal all day. Transportation to Disney is a little bit later and not in time for rope drop. Nice pool. Clean grounds. Nice room (except for the smoke detector) great location."

"Property was great! I feel the $30 parking fee per day, on top of everything could be waived for at least one vehicle and maybe charge the $30 for extra vehicles. Or $30 for the parking pass for the whole stay. Other than that great stay!"
