Rooms are dated and have plumbing issues, water won't drain from the basin and shower head was broken, spilling water everywhere. The issue wasn't resolved during our stay of 4 nights.

Great location with wonderful amenities—perfect for families. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was definitely a highlight. The only downside was the paper-thin walls; you can clearly hear doors opening and closing from nearby rooms, which can be a bit disruptive.

What an experience we have had. Specifically when compared with other hotels. We have had executive room looking at ocean and with wide balcony and private area. Got best of the better room. Was just extraordinary. Amenities, food, staffs and the experience, just wow. Can’t even think of Bali without ...
