"Necesito ayuda sobre esta reserva, al momento de hacer el check in, no tenían las habitaciones reservadas libres, en lugar de 2 habitaciones triples querían que nos hospedemos en una habitación con 6 camas y un baño pequeñito, la habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones al igual que el hotel, todo desgastados húmedo a un ventilación.
