"The room is spacious, and the facility was clean. The only unfortunate point was that the towels were not replaced unless I clearly requested so at the reception, where I directly received. I had placed the used towels on the floor, which is obvious as a sign that I want the towels to be replaced, but the room cleaning placed it on the hook again. Shouldn't be like that."
