"Excellent Hotel!! Very clean, great mattress."

"Old and rusted. Curtain ripped. Hand towel rail fell off. TV was only on 1 channel. Could not change it. Breakfast ok, but eggs and potatoes cold."

"Easy check in. A few things to note- the “bedrooms” in the basement. The twin size bed is in a “family room” type area, and the other bedroom down there does not have an egress window. (There isn’t an egress window anywhere accessible in the basement, I’m not sure how it can be marketed as a 3 bedroom) The basement was a bit chilly, but that’s somewhat expected. The thermostat kept setting back to the low 60s, which was mildly annoying, but eventually it stayed at 70 where we set it. The house overall needs a deep clean, there was a lot of dust under the main bed upstairs, and an article of clothing that didn’t belong to us. The shower and bathroom faucet upstairs both were a little dirty. The washing machine also needs a good clean. The house also needs some minor repairs done, the biggest concern was the vent in the living room by the front door. The metal grate was coming up on the bottom right side, we have a crawling infant and had to block it so they wouldn’t injure themselves on it. I didn’t notice a lot of noise from the nearby hospital, so that was nice! "

"Internet was extremely fast, and i lucked out and had a view of the cool castle childrens hospital next door. Sunsets out that window were also great :) I'm going to be staying here every time work sends me to sioux falls and surrounding area, that's for sure! -Z"
