"Our room had mouse poop in it when I called the front desk they said that they were going to talk to management about changing rooms and to just hold on. I kept both my autistic children awake way past their bedtime, waiting for them to reach back out. They never did and when I said something at the front desk at checkout, they said that they’re unable to help me with any sort of refund or reimbursement."

"Parking is tight but close to building, trucks are too big to fit. The area is revitalized original down town, right on a river walk which is stunning. A room overlooking the river is what you want to ask for. Pool and hot tub, very nice breakfast, mostly quiet hotel. In the process of doing property updates… hopefully changing the mattress in room 228 will be done before you stay there! Price was reasonable and hotel felt safe even though it has plenty of urban walkers going bye. "

"Great loctaion, pretty quiet place, breakfast was good! The only cons I witnessed...hot tub could use a cleaning and my room had a unpleasant smell to it."

"Clean and neat rooms, charming and friendly reception, and a tasty breakfast selection. The only downside is that the bathroom fan and the light share the same switch, and the fan is very noisy."

"The breakfast was wo perfume, the staff ama,I got. Our room smelled like sewer gas. We let the front desk staff know but it was awful. The pool was closed and from other guests it has been for a while. The walls were so thin I could hear the people next door snoring all night. The bed was comy but the water pressure was almost non existent."

"Easy check in. A few things to note- the “bedrooms” in the basement. The twin size bed is in a “family room” type area, and the other bedroom down there does not have an egress window. (There isn’t an egress window anywhere accessible in the basement, I’m not sure how it can be marketed as a 3 bedroom) The basement was a bit chilly, but that’s somewhat expected. The thermostat kept setting back to the low 60s, which was mildly annoying, but eventually it stayed at 70 where we set it. The house overall needs a deep clean, there was a lot of dust under the main bed upstairs, and an article of clothing that didn’t belong to us. The shower and bathroom faucet upstairs both were a little dirty. The washing machine also needs a good clean. The house also needs some minor repairs done, the biggest concern was the vent in the living room by the front door. The metal grate was coming up on the bottom right side, we have a crawling infant and had to block it so they wouldn’t injure themselves on it. I didn’t notice a lot of noise from the nearby hospital, so that was nice! "
