Built circa 1931, this timeless retreat combines vintage charm with modern comforts and offers over 140 feet of pristine beachfront along Long Beach, with breathtaking views of Nantucket Sound and the tranquil Centerville River.
Inside, the home’s classic character shines through with knotty pine walls, wide plank pine floors, and sunlit French doors leading to a cozy sunroom. The main level features a spacious dining room, a beautifully renovated country kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a half bath. The first-floor bedroom (queen) includes a full bath just a few steps away.
The upper level is designed for comfort, with a master bedroom (king) boasting ocean views and an en-suite full bath. Two additional bedrooms— one queen, and a room with three twins—provide space for everyone, complemented by another full bath and a convenient half bath in the twin room as well as a laundry closet in twin bedroom.
