"The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I loved using their AI to ask for towels, coffee or whatever I needed. This hotel is a great opportunity for kids to have fun with their families. I would recommend that they do a review of their beds. Mine needed to be replaced. Overall a great family experience!"

"This is a good place to stay when attending the Cincinnati Open. Although we did not use it, there was a shuttle to the tournament. The breakfast was just ok but I thought the front desk staff was excellent. (No maid service for our two night stay) Although I thought it was a little pricey for what you got, the location made up for that."
