Main Floor
• Kitchen & Dining Room: The bright dining area with garden views and seating for eight. Perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends.
• Sunroom Sanctuary: Just off the dining room, the spacious sunroom offers another dining table for eight, a comfy lounge area, and a peaceful setting for reading, chatting, or game nights.
• Cozy Living Room: Enjoy natural light through the large bay window. Ideal for winding down after a beach day.
• Bedrooms: The main floor includes two queen bedrooms and a twin room with two beds, offering plenty of comfortable space for families or groups to relax and enjoy their stay.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home. Attic and utility rooms are equipped with child safety locks. For your safety, please do not enter.

Other things to note
• This is a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors quiet time after 9 pm.
• No smoking inside the house. Please clean up if you are smoking outside the house.
• Indoor fireplace is not for use.
• Outdoor shower is winterized and will not be available from October through April.
