"The hotel was ok. For the price I expect better than 1 ply toilet paper and Kleenex. All 8 pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The hotel alarm went off in the middle of the night, they did over intercom tell us to stay in our rooms but it would of been nice if they would have let us know once they cleared the alarm that everything was ok, instead of just turning the alarm off and leaving us to wonder. "

"Breakfast was okay, they do not accommodate for lactose or dairy free options. Beds were clean but debris was still present on floors and drawers. Rooms, elevators, hotel is quite dated. Gym only is equipped with 3 machines in a very tight space. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Marmot Lodge for two nights. The room was very clean and cozy, with a king size bed in a separate bedroom, a comfy living room area with mini fridge, tea and coffee, and a nice bathroom with comfortable bathtub. We also really enjoyed the lovely pool, hot tub and sauna! We would definitely stay here again. Parking was safe and easy as well. "

"I loved the cabins. Easy access to the property. Staff was kind and accommodating. The games room was alot of fun and able to stream the hockey game on the TV. The coffee and cookie station is a nice touch. The gift shop is nice for essentials needed for your stay and a few things in case you forgot the little things for a hike. Close to Folding Mountain Brewery for a eneving out. Looking forward to staying again when it's warmer to enjoy the pool and hot springs near by. "

"The hotel is dated. bathroom old probably from the 70s. Main entrance wasn't working. the main slabs in entrance very slippery. poor selection for our harsh winters. The breakfast extremely basic. Look poor and not standing for what le Chateau should be. "
