"Dirty hallways and lobby. Room not so clean. Needs renovation, hooks are duct taped."

"We stayed for an Oilers game, location is great. The rooms are outdated but clean. The bedding is uncomfortable and the temperature control for our room didn’t work. For the price, not sure we would stay again. "

"Mold in the rooms, safe parking is limited with all the homeless roaming around the property. Had to get new cards for the room twice a day due to them not working. Will not stay again."

"The hotel claims they are pet friendly however the cleanliness proves otherwise. We asked for a microwave which was filthy inside. Tylenol pills from a previous guest were left strewn about our room and before we could clean them ourselves our dog ate one. We immediately ran to the front desk to ask what could be done and for help and only received 50% off??? We left immediately and drove 3.5 hours home to the emergency vet where our dog was started on life saving measures. We still don't know if she'll be okay."

"The property is beautiful but the stay was disappointing. Major renovations were underway yet this was not clearly reflected in the price or booking information. The main lodge was closed and several spa areas were unavailable, which removed much of the on‑site value we paid premium for. Spring conditions left paths muddy and often unusable, so outdoor access felt more like a construction site than a resort. I understand maintenance is necessary, but rates should have been reduced or guests warned up front. Because of closures and mud, I spent far more time off the property than I expected. Not worth full price under these conditions."

"Good size rooms. Great Continental Breaakfast. Great proximity to WEM and good restaurant choices within the area. Overall, excellent experience."
