"This is our families second stay at the property while visiting Pismo Beach. It is a very family friendly hotel with lots of great amenities. Dog friendly, wonderful free breakfast and an eating area. The property is a little older, we noticed a few things in our room, but nothing major. We also liked the ability to open the back window to get fresh air in the cool evening. I think this will be our new go to hotel when we are in town. Staff is friendly and helpful as well!"

"Amazing concierge services. We took a day long road trip to this hotel and their concierge desk stayed connected with us throughout the day making sure our room is set to our expectations. I had preordered flowers to be delivered to our hotel but had used a wrong address and concierge managed to have it fixed. The only item that raised my eyebrows was cost of valet parking as they don’t have self parking but the valet team does an amazing job. "
