The Mill is 10 minutes north of downtown Providence, an easy commute to Boston, and less than 3 min to RT 95. Perfect for a couples getaway, family trip, or relaxing working vacation.
The building has 4 other apartments that are rented to long term tenants, the backyard is shared by all and well maintained.
