"Not a Luxury apartment. The room was large with nice TV, fridge and washing machine. The apartment however is noisy (with no soundproofing from outside), the garbage wasn’t emptied before we arrived, the shower is the oddest setup with inconsistent water temperature and pressure, and during the day there is constant tapping from a nearby apartment. It is in a good location to a mall, restaurants, night market, bar street and beach, but if you need quiet, it’s not the place for you. "

"It was ok location was in the mist of the wildness that was not what my husband and I was looking for...I will stay closer to beach next time Pattaya can be quite wild...where we stayed was like New Orleans Bourbon Street at night all day..."

Hard Rock Cafe - service and food tired and not great from what was once a great brand, not surprising it was empty. Wine stupidly expensive for mediocre Everything needs modernising "

"Disappointed. For a premium stay, the service was budget-tier. There is a major lack of communication here: they brought the wrong HDMI cable, and then questioned us at checkout about where it was because the staff hadn't tracked that we’d already returned it. To top it off, I was interrupted mid-conversation while eating on the 33rd floor to be told flip-flops weren't allowed—despite zero signage. For this price, I expect much higher standards and basic coordination."
