"This property and home was unbelievable! The pictures do not do it it justice, I've been telling all my friends and family about this and showing my photos of the unique home. The octagon shape with the fireplace as the centre of the main room is beautiful. When we first arrived it felt like an adventure to learn the home. "Staying at the Tiny House in the Trees was a wonderful experience! It was very clean and everything that you would need was there for you. One note, the clearing with the telephone wires running down isnt as pictured. Its filled in with plant growth. We thought we would be able to take our dogs for a run there but there was a space in the front of the house so we made due. It wasnt an issue at all. One other note, we were unable to figure out where to take our garbage at the end of our stay....

"Had a fantastic stay here with a friend and my 2 dogs. Very secluded and quiet, didn't see another soul the entire time we were there. The dogs were able to stay off leash the entire time, including walks to the beach and when hiking. Great place to get away from it all, we would love to come back."

"We stayed for 3 nights and it was nice to be by the water but the cabin was very poorly maintained. Screen was hanging out of the door. There was very little in the way of cutlery (2 forks only). Trees need trimming so that renters can see the water. Nice to canoe the lake and watch the diving birds in the evenings."

"This place was wonderful! Cozy little cottage and very clean! Barbara was a pleasure. The cottage is close to the main house but our hosts gave us all the privacy and respected our space. "We arrived late due to 4 accidents in 401 west, DVP and 401 East. The website says check in after 4 pm, but the owner said that it is at 4 pm and as such she had to pay the money we paid her to the property manager to wait for us. there was no paper in the washroom which was very dirty. the rooms, dishes, appliances were all dirty. there was no gas for BBQ and no oven tray to cook the food we brought. the owner kept on blaming us for being late and that she did not make money out of our stay....

"This cottage is just as advertised. Well equipped, beautiful quiet location. We walked, kayaked, went into town to explore. We spent our down time on the screened in porch which was fantastic. Internet was not workjng when we arrived and a service call was placed. The outage was due to the satellite dish being moved, NO fault of the owner!! Carol was very responsive in expediting the repair."
