COZY PRIVATE COTTAGE WITH BOAT LAUNCH, ON BEAUTIFUL BOBS LAKE ON.

  • Cozy, shaded, lake front cottage on private 2 acre lot, 15 minutes from amenities. Newly renovated with 2 bedrooms, bath with tub and shower, full kitchen and washing machine. Individual climate control units in each room. Sleeps six, queen bed in master bedroom; bunk beds in 2nd room, pull-out couch in living room. Large sunny patio ; covered deck for raining days; hammocks, wood burning stove for those cool evenings. Two stand-up paddle boards, two kayaks, and a canoe, propane and charcoal BBQ.

    Home phone with 100 free min. to U.S. and Canada.

    Minutes from Sharbot Lake, Crow Lake, Big Rideau Lake and others.

    Activities include boating (launch on property), kayaking; canoing; stand-up paddle boarding; hiking; cycling and dirt-biking trails; hunting and shooting (on Crown Land); fishing; bird watching; swimming; star gazing; horseshoe pit.
